I hope all Harris County residents will make the right decision to save the Astrodome today. We don’t need another parking lot in place of the dome – what we do need is for the dome to be refurbished into the great symbol for Houston that it had been for so long. I’ll be voting for Proposition 2 at my polling location on the way home from work today; afterward, I’ll be eagerly anticipating the election results.
