Like the Captain of the Ship, Astros Manager A.J. Hinch grabbed the mike prior to Game One to communicate the Astros’ concern and appreciation for all who have been devastated by Hurricane Harvey. He also lauded the Mets for their help in both make the DH possible, and for reaching out to the people of Houston with Astros on the Friday day off. It was a beautiful thing to watch.
